Our sound kits have terms and conditions in each kit. When you purchase a kit, the terms will be in the file you download for the kit, titled "READ THIS" If you have any questions on the terms for a sound kit, before or after purchasing, please email eddavogo4905@gmail.com.

Generally, kits on our site are royalty free for online beat leasing and releases under 1 million stream. However, once a release has reached over 1 million streams, the loop must be cleared and the royalties / publishing will be split fairly.

You are permitted to:

• Use the sounds and files in any DAW
• Use the content in personal and commercial music projects
• Release music using the content without attribution or royalties

You are not permitted to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or make available the products as standalone files
• Include the products in competing sample packs, kits, or librariesClaim ownership or authorship of the original sound files

All products remain the intellectual property of SampleSpace.

These terms are governed by applicable laws, and continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of these terms.
